We are looking HR Recruiter Position: Guwahati Experience: 1 to 2 years' experience in HR. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and role expectations Organize and facilitate in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates Prepare job offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits with chosen candidates Manage employee referral programs Skills and Qualifications A minimum of a bachelors degree in human resources management or a related discipline Good writing and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Good communication and leadership skills. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
