Job Description:We are looking for a Telecaller cum Counselor to join our team at ICA Eduskill, Zoo Road, Six Mile & Jalukbari Centres. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing counseling on our courses, and converting leads into admissions. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on leads. Counsel students on ICA Eduskill courses, training programs, and career opportunities. Address inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve doubts of prospective students. Guide students through the admission process and ensure successful enrollment. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the database. Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to the growth of the institute.
