Samiran Tea is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of teas, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of an established brand with a legacy of 18 years. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the assigned region. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and direct clients. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to help improve sales strategies. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management. Requirements: Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 0-3 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in the tea or beverage industry. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of the Assam tea industry is a plus. Proficiency in local languages and basic knowledge of English. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the region. A valid drivers license is preferred.
